Zalmschotel

 

Ik moet niet meer gaan vissen, de zalm wordt aan huis gebracht. Het neusje van de zalm tot achter de voorste vinnen, gaat gewoonlijk in de stomer. Tomaten en bonen hebben we nog niet maar de rest komt uit de moestuin. De secondenlijm van mijn gerepareerde kroon houdt het nog altijd vol maar met de ciabatta was het oppassen geblazen...

 

I don't have to go fishing anymore, the salmon is brought home. The nose of the fish as far as behind the frontal fins usually goes into the steamer. We don't have tomatoes and beans yet, but the rest comes from the vegetable garden. The superglue of my repaired crown is still holding up, but I had to be careful with the ciabatta...
