Nostalgie

 

Dit is een stukje nostalgie, de Kelly Kettle of Volcano. Hij was mijn compagnon bij bijna elke vistrip naar Waterville en de Black Valley. Dit is het oude model met een gewone kurk, de fluit was toen nog niet uitgevonden... Het water dat ik hier gekookt heb, is gebruikt om onkruid te verdelgen.

"Kijk eens hoe groot ik ben !"

 

This is a piece of nostalgia, the Kelly Kettle or Volcano. It was my companion on almost every fishing trip to Waterville and the Black Valley. This is the old model with a normal cork, the whistle hadn't been invented when I bought it... The water I boiled here was used to kill weeds.
